I know I’ve been linking to BA a lot recently, but the shit he’s been posting recently is just so incredibly cool.

If you’re even slightly interested in science, you HAVE to check out this article. It’s not just the article, but the comments as well - this is the reason I love reading this blog so much. His many intelligent readers really fill out the areas that he discussed, and while my brain starts to melt fairly early on, it is an absolutly fantastic source of news, ideas and information for the layman like myself.

Quantum Mechanics is the coolest thing ever. And Quantum Cryptography is not far behind.

Time has put up a slide show of photos of the Large Hadron Collider. It’s very cool stuff.

There’s a Ukrainian cleaner who works at my uni called Boshlov. We met a while ago and have sorta become friends. He’s a really intense dude, but comes out with some hilarious shit.

He’s always walking around the place with his walkman, singing away to his obscure Ukrainian death metal bands. A while ago I played him some Nine Inch Nails and he just went crazy for it. Said he was “happier than the Ukranian in gun shop”.

Since he’s always singing, I suggested he come to my place and lay down his own vocals for Discipline. I think he fancies himself as something of a rock star and he jumped at the chance.

I don’t know if it’s gonna win next year’s Ukrainian Idol, but here ’tis.
