Well, as for reason #4, he did travel back in time to the 40′s and became stranded there for a thousand years, so were it not for the fictional thing, you could try to find him and dig him up.

That would depend on the interpretation you use. The Grandfather Paradox isn’t a paradox if you use the Many-Worlds interpretation of quantum mechanics.
